Earth Cann Wellness Center, herein "the Association," is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our members. We ask that our members follow the guidelines provided below. They are designed to provide a safe atmosphere for everyone. We practice a "Good Neighbor Policy" with our community and work hard to establish positive relationships with our neighbors, the city, and the police department. Please be respectful of our neighbors and their rights to privacy and property. Remember, not everyone shares our opinion about medical marijuana. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE QUALIFIED PATIENTS BEFORE MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must have the original copy of your doctor's recommendation and a valid California ID, Driver's License, or State Medical Marijuana Identification Card at the time of registration and for continued access to our members' location. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless you are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You may NEVER SELL or otherwise distribute medication you obtain from the Association. If you do so, your membership will be permanently REVOKED. Only members will be allowed in our member's location. All non-members will be excluded even if they are qualified patients or primary caregivers. If you disturb the community or threaten violence on any person or staff, your membership will be REVOKED. For your safety, place all medication in a bag or out of sight when exiting the Association. You may not smoke or use medication in or around the Association. You may not smoke or use medication in the parking lot or neighborhoods one (1) square mile surrounding the Association unless you live or work in the area. If you fail to follow this guideline, your membership will be REVOKED. Absolutely no alcohol, hard drugs, or weapons are allowed on the premises of the facility. You may request a security escort at any time. The Association reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership to members who violate our guidelines or bylaws. I have read and understand the above guidelines and agree to abide by these guidelines when I visit the Association.
